Shipping Restrictions

Samsonite Black Label does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside the United States.
Samsonite Black Label does not include Saturday delivery (orders placed on Friday will be processed for shipment on Monday).

Shipping Provider Information

Samsonite Black Label only ships via UPS. Please be advised that UPS may require someone to sign for your shipment. If you have any questions about this policy as it concerns your order, please contact UPS directly at 1-800-352-8855. If you currently live in an apartment building or work in an office building, UPS requires you to sign for the package.

Online Order Cancellation and Change Policy

In order to meet our commitment to you to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you decide you no longer want your order, please contact customer service to cancel your order. If we are not able to stop delivery please refuse delivery upon its arrival. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price once the product is returned to our fulfillment center. Please see Return and Exchange Policy below for more details.

To request an order to be canceled please call 1-888-204-4391 or email (email Samsonite@taction.com) us. Once the request is placed there is no guarantee that we can stop your order from shipping. If we are able to stop shipment you will see the cancellation reflected on Your Account in Order History.

Sales Tax for Shipping in the United States

Samsonite charges sales tax for orders shipped to Florida (6%) and Massachusetts (5%). The Sales Tax will be stated separately from the price of the goods when you check out.

Tax for Shipping in Canada

There will by a duty fee of 11% that will be charged to all orders shipping to Canada.

All other taxes are charged by province. Tax will be separately stated from the price of the goods when you check out.
