Samsonite Black Label Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Samsonite Black Label gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination from $5 to $500. Gift cards are valid for merchandise at any Samsonite Black Label location in the United States or over the phone at 1.888.204.4391.
Gift cards are not valid for purchases online. Gifts cards must be redeemed in their country of purchase and activation.
Purchase amounts that are greater than the value of a Samsonite Black Label gift card will require payment for the balance due via cash, check or credit card in a Samsonite Black Label store. Only credit cards are accepted for balance due over the phone. You may carry a balance on a Samsonite Black Label gift card and continue to use it until the balance reaches zero.
To redeem or check the balance of your Samsonite Black Label gift card over the phone, you will need your card's 16-digit account number. This number can be found on the back of your gift card. For security purposes, some of the digits have been covered with a scratch-off panel that you will need to remove to view the full account number.

Only one Samsonite Black Label gift card may be used per phone order. If you have more than one gift card, please visit any Samsonite Black Label location in the United States to have the amounts consolidated to one gift card.
Except where required by law, gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Samsonite Black Label is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards will not expire. Purchases of Gift Cards are not subject to sales tax.
